RESOLUTION NO. 89-,S6 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING MAINTENANCE ALLOTMENT <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Rules for State Aid Operations Chapter 8820.1400 allow a Municipality <br />to receive a maintenance allocation greater than the minimum provided the Municipality Mbs a <br />request not later than December 15 of the preceding year and provided the Municipality file a <br />detailed annual maintenance expenditure report at the end of the year; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo desires to receive a maintenance allocation for 1990 equal to <br />25% of its total allotment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br />The City of Lake Elmo does hereby request that its maintenance allotment for 1990 be equal to <br />25% of its total 1990 allotment. <br />Adopted by the City Council on December 5, 1989. <br />Susan Dunn, Mayor <br />Patricia Morrison, City Administrator <br />
