RESOLUTION 89-18 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MiNNESOTA <br />RESCLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ON CERTAIN PORTIONS OF <br />KIFBRO AVENUE, S.A.P. 206-104-03, IN LAKE ELMD, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, the City has planned the improvement of MSAS 104 (Kimbro <br />Avenue) from 43rd Street to 47th Street, and <br />WHEREAS, the City will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on the <br />improvement of this street, and <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking <br />on both sides of the street, approval of the proposed construction as a <br />Municipal State Street Project must therefore be conditioned upon certain <br />parking restrictions, and <br />WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions that would be a necessary <br />prerequisite to the approval of this construction as a Municipal State <br />Street Project in the City, has been determined. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, iT IS HEREBY'RESCLVED;_ <br />That the City shall restrict the parking of motor vehicles on the west <br />side of WAS 104 (Kimbro Avenue) between 1,407 feet south of 47th Street to <br />1,757 feet south of 47th Street, at all times. <br />ADOPTED this 7th day of March, 1989 by the City Council of the City of <br />Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />/- Signed: <br />Susan Dunn, Mayor— <br />ATTF (: r <br />Patricia 10rrijsn, C1 ty Administrator <br />
