RESOLUTION NO. 89--36 <br />CALLING FOR SETTING OF ASSESSMENT HEARINGS FOR VARIOUS <br />STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS <br />WHEREAS, contracts for the following street improvement projects <br />have been let; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City's Consulting Engineering has advised it is now <br />appropriate and desirable to set the respective assessment hearing <br />dates for the improvements; and, <br />WHEREAS, upon scheduling of the assessment hearings, the Clerk <br />and Engineer are hereby directed to prepare the proposed assessment <br />roll for said improvements, cause the notice of hearings to be <br />published at least two weeks prior to the meeting, and, further cause <br />mailed notice to be given to affected/benefitted propertyowners two <br />weeks prior to the hearing. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LAKE ELMO, <br />MN: <br />The assessment hearings for the following street improvements arzP <br />hereby set for 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday September 26, at <br />Lake Elmo, City Hall. <br />20th Street, from Lake Elmo by: bituminous overlay <br />Avenue to.Manning Trail <br />38th & 39th Streets, within <br />Bordner Garner's Farmettes <br />33rd St., and Klondike Avenue, <br />from Lake Elmo Avenue to T.H. F. <br />43rd.
