LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL, MINUTES FEBRUARY 6, 1990 PAGE 10 <br />Services attachment to our packet. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />( <br />B. Insurance - Continuation from 1-16-90 <br />M/S/P Hunt/Williams - to bring back for Council consideration Item <br />12B. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />At the January 16th meeting, the'Council directed their staff to ask <br />the City's Insurance consultant to comment on this insurance proposal. <br />David Holmberg of Zignego Insurance Agency submitted a response <br />regarding the Accident and Disability Coverage proposed by the League <br />of Minnesota Cities. This was not the supplement coverage that would <br />meet the criteria Parks Chair, Nancy Hansen was interested in. <br />C. Annual Clerk's Convention <br />Mary Kueffner requested approval for attending the Annual Clerks <br />Convention in Brainerd on March 20 thru 23, 1.990. The cost of the <br />conference is about $125.00 and the accomodations are $187.61 for a <br />total of $312.61. There is $1000 budgeted for conferences and <br />schools. <br />M/S/P Armstrong/Hunt - to approve Mary Kueffner attending the Annual <br />Clerks Convention in Brainerd on March 20 thru 23, 1990 with a total <br />cost of $312.61 for conference and accomodations. (Motion carried <br />4-0). <br />D. Annual Garage Sale and Containers for the VFW <br />The Annual Garage Sale is planned to be held at the VFW on Easter <br />Weekend (April 14th). Solid Waste Chair., Bruce Dunn, reported the <br />VFW desires to start recycling. Dunn suggested the City purchase 3-32 <br />gal. containers for the VFW to use for recycling in return for the use <br />of the VFW Hall for the Garage Sale. <br />M/S/P Armstrong/Hunt - to approve the purchase of 3-32 gallon <br />containers for the VFW to use as recycling containers in return for <br />use of the VFW Hall for the Annual Garage Sale. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />M/S/P Hunt/Armstrong - to adjourn the City Council meeting at 9:50 <br />p.m. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />Resolution 90-9 -- Resolution Approving Final Plat of Packard Park <br />Third Addition <br />
