Minimum Building Elevations to read: <br />Delete parts (1) and (2) and replace with the following: <br />For lots adjacent to the waters of the District, the Managers shall <br />set the minimum building elevation at least one foot above the 100- <br />year flood elevation. <br />CHANGE part C. Flood Plain Preservation and Uses to read: <br />(1) Flood plains adjacent to existing and future waters and <br />waterways shall be preserved by dedication and/or perpetual <br />easement to the community in which they are located.
