Therefore, we would <br />be taxed at a commercial rate (Twill have an estimate on that <br />figure at the meeting). As noted in the Parks Commission's <br />recommendation, the only capital outlay would be a small truck <br />for hauling parks equipment (cost was estimated between $5,000 <br />and $10,000), furniture, telephone and tools at an esimate of <br />$1,000. <br />
