Hill, Inc.: <br />* Base map of the study area. <br />* Property ownership map. <br />* Existing land uses. <br />* Existing zoning map. <br />* Natural features - soils, topo, wetlands. <br />* Existing Future Land Use Map. <br />* Proposed Future Land Use Map changes. <br />* Estimated area of "buildable" acreage. <br />TKDA: <br />* Estimated sewer flows based upon Future Land Use changes. <br />* Infrastructure planning showing location and timing of <br />interceptors including possible intercommunity connections to <br />Woodbury and Oakdale. <br />* Estimated cost for infrastructure. <br />Once the above information is complied preliminary discussions will <br />begin with the Cities of Woodbury and Oakdale, the Metropolitan Waste <br />Control Commission and the Metropolitan Council staff.
