(Motion carried 5-0). <br />D. Councilman Mottaz-No Report <br />12. CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br />A. Charitable Gambling License (1) day: <br />4th District VFW Ladies Auxiliary <br />The 4th District VFW Ladies Auxiliary has requested a one -day gambling <br />license for its annual fund raiser to be held. November 2, 1991 at the <br />Lake Elmo VFW. <br />The Council had no objection to a one -day license such as this and the <br />license will be issued from the State after 30 days. <br />B. "Adopt a Road" in Lake Elmo <br />Joe Morris, Tartan Park, suggested that the City implement a progeam <br />similar to that of the State's "Adopt a Highway" program and has <br />offered to "adopt" 20th Street from Lake Elmo Avenue to County Road <br />15. <br />The City Administrator will contact Mark Mattson, Washington County-, <br />regarding information on the County's Adopt a Road Program. <br />C. Impound Fee for Cats, Ordinance No. 8052 <br />It was brought to the City's attention by Joan Richert, Executive <br />Director of the St. Croix Animnal Shelter that the City does not have <br />an impound fee for cats such as we do for dogs. <br />M/S/P Hunt/t'iottaz - to adopt Ordinance No. 8052 adding Section 105.090 <br />"Cat Impound Fee" to the Lake Elmo City Code. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />D. Dayton Development Easement <br />The Parks Commission recommended the City take advantage of the offer <br />by Dayton Development for the walkway easement on the rear of the <br />properties fronting the south side of 15th Street between Co.Rd. 13 <br />and CO. Rd. 19. <br />
