LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES JULY 7, 1992 <br />paralleling Hadley north to the Munger Trail. The 4' width <br />would remain. <br />A Public Information meeting will be held at City Hall on <br />July 16th from 3:00-8:00 p.m. <br />Interpretation of state rule reaardina septic tank manhole <br />covers: <br />If they are not covered by 6" of dirt, they have to be <br />secured. What is the legal definition of "secured". <br />The City Attorney will talk to our City Engineer and come up <br />with a definition of "secured" <br />Status of Employee Evaluations: <br />The City Administrator reported the evaluations are done, <br />but three employees have yet to sign their evaluations. <br />10. FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT: <br />A. Annual Report <br />Fire Chief Dick Sachs reviewed the Annual Report for 1991. <br />Mayor Johnson commended the Fire Department on doing an <br />excellent job. There was discussion on whether Lake Elmo or <br />Oakdale service the roads and the residents in Section 32 <br />and 33 who are still in Lake Elmo and were not annexed to <br />Oakdale.. The Council asked that the City Administrator <br />communicate to Washington County that Lake Elmo recognizes <br />that we will continue to service our area. <br />B. Blacktop at Station 2 <br />Steve Speltz, Chairman of the Building <br />that the requirements for blacktopping <br />specifically stated so all bids can be <br />he should talk to the Finance Director <br />money will come from.
