LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES OCTOBER 20, 1992 5 <br />M/S/P Williams/Hunt - to grant the shoreland permit with <br />variances to the required 100' setback from the NOHWM and to <br />the requested 10' side yard setback to James P. Dillon, 8190 <br />Hill Trail N., for the purpose of constructing a shed to <br />replace a structure located in the same location based on <br />the reasons stated above. (Motion carried 3-2: Williams, <br />Dick Johnson: For the same reasons stated above). <br />M/S/P Dick Johnson/Mayor Johnson - to direct the staff to <br />send a communication to Mike Wagner that his request be <br />placed on the next council agenda. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />B. Letter from United Properties <br />M/S/P Mayor Johnson/Hunt - to direct the city engineer, at <br />his earliest possible convenience, to prepare an estimate of <br />cost for a feasibility study to address the three questions <br />proposed by United Properties upon receipt of an escrow <br />sufficient to cover the preparation of such a study and to <br />direct the staff to relay this information to United <br />Properties. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />7. CITY ENGINEER'S REPORT: <br />A. Escrow Reduction for Stonegate <br />Larry Bohrer reported Trailhead Development Corp. has <br />completed work for the season. At this time, he is <br />recommending that the developer's letter of credit be <br />reduced for the following work: <br />Wear Course Paving $35,000.00 <br />Seeding 10,000.00 <br />Subtotal $45,000.00 <br />+25% by Ordinance 11,250.00 <br />Total Escrow Now Required $56,250,00 <br />M/S/P Dick Johnson/Mottaz - to approve the escrow reduction <br />for Stonegate as recommended in Tom Prew's letter dated <br />October 12, 1992. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />
