A
budget of $15,000 was established for 1994 and two tasks were chosen:
1, Map of existing stormwater system showing pipes, culverts, stomtwater ponds and
structures. Budget = $13,600.
2, Identification of existing problem areas that warrant further study. Budget = $1,400.
Presently, the mapping is about 90% complete. Final checking by us and Public Works staff is
still required. Examples of the mapping will be brought to the Council Meeting.
Tasks which still remain are a tabulation of the I00-year flood levels and peak discharges from
existing and proposed ponds and channels. Also remaining is the identification of problem areas
which should be studied in the plan. This identification could be by mailed questionnaire or
public meeting,
The amount expended to date is under $7,000. It appears the tasks assigned for 1994 will be
completed substantially under budget.
Sincerely yours,
.Larry D, Bohrez, P.E.
LDB: j
