The Rules, which are attached, state that a local plan must <br />contain at least the following: <br />Flan Content <br />A. Table of Contents <br />B. Statement of Purpose <br />C. Water Resource Management Related Agreements <br />D. Executive Summary <br />E. Land and Water Resource Inventory <br />1, Precipitation Data <br />2. General Geology and Topographic Data <br />3. Surface Water Resource Data <br />a) Map of public waters, ditches, and control structures <br />b) National Wetlands Inventory Map <br />c) Wetland inventory for functional classification <br />d) Major hydrologic characteristics of public waters <br />e) Map of existing stonnwater system showing pipes, culverts, stormwater <br />ponds and structures <br />f) Table summarizing 100-year flood levels quid peak discharges from existing <br />and proposed ponds and channels <br />g) Discussion of, or map showing flooding problems <br />it) List of existing flood insurance studies <br />i) Sunnnary of available water quality <br />j) Map of existing or abandoned water quality monitoring sites <br />k) Inclusion of shoreland ordinances <br />1) Table listing amounts and locations of all surface water appropriations <br />permitted by the DNR <br />4.
