Oakdale will furnish water 'at a residual pressure range at the master <br />meter of _ P.S.I. to _ P.S.I. <br />C. The quality of water furnished to Lake Elmo by Oakdale shall be the same <br />as the water supplied by Oakdale to its residents. <br />1), Lake Elmo further agrees that the use of water in Lake Elmo derived from <br />- the supply furnished by Oakdale shall at all times be governed by the applicable rules, <br />regulations and conditions which Oakdale has heretofore adopted or which it may hereafter adopt <br />in Oakdale from time -to -time for the preservation, regulation and protection of its water supply, <br />and Lake Elmo agrees to adopt the rules, regulations and requirements of Oakdale now in force <br />or that may hereafter be adopted, in connection with the use of water in Lake Elmo, and to enact <br />such rules, regulations and requirements into ordinances or otherwise make them legally <br />effective and binding, and to enact any amendments thereto adopted by Oakdale within thirty <br />(30) days after being notified of such adoption, and to adopt suitable penalties for the violation of <br />any thereof, and to strictly enforce such rules, regulations and requirements. This section, <br />however, shall be limited only to what use the water could be put to and in no way gives Oakdale <br />the right to dictate rules of operation of Lake Elmo water system. <br />U. <br />A. Oakdale shall make investment in, and retain title to all facilities necessary <br />to the supply, production, storage and transmission of water to the point of delivery of water to <br />Lake Elmo. All such facilities shall conform to the Minnesota State Health Department <br />requirements. <br />B. Lake Ehno shall make investment in, retain title to and maintain at no <br />expense to Oakdale all facilities necessary to the transmission, storage and distribution of water <br />from the point of delivery of water to Lake Elmo. All such facilities shall conform to the <br />Minnesota State Health Department Requirements. <br />C. The Lake Ehno improvements necessary to extend water service to the <br />area of Lake Elmo shall require prior approval of Oakdale. <br />D. Lake Elmo shall keep reliable records of water main construction and <br />number of connections by category and such records shall be subject to reasonable inspection by <br />Oakdale representatives. <br />-2- <br />
