grandiose plans may outstrip their ability to pay for their overlarge <br />infrastructure. Having rezoned an area to PF, complete with <br />buildings and extensive parking lot. is it then eligible for rezoning to <br />business use? It could be argued that it is an undue hardship on a <br />religious group, for the original PF zoning to be retained when there <br />is a ready and willing commercial buyer waiting in the wings. <br />The Planning Commission and Council should stick to what they <br />have created after long and careful thought.
