<br />39~~5JApplication and Fee. A license may be granted by the
<br />Council upon written 'application to the'Clerk-Administrator in such:
<br />form as required by the Clerk-Administrator and accompanied by,:iin
<br />annual license fee as'_~stablished by :resolution of the city CounciL

<br />39.06 Revocation and Renewal. A ,license may beterminat~ddand"
<br />renewal thereof may be denied by the Council for cause after notice
<br />to the licensee and reasonable opportunity for the licensee to be
<br />heard on the question of such termination. Cause shall include any
<br />repeated or persistent violation of the requirements of this chapter.
