To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 7072, <br />Authorizing the Preparation of a Joint Powers Agreement and Setting a Public Improvement <br />Hearing Date for the 2007 Seal Coat Project. <br />Ayes - 4 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />Staff asked for direction on how to handle notice for this project and whether direct mailing is <br />necessary to residents along the streets scheduled fox seal coating. <br />Council directed Staff to post it on the website and in the newspaper. <br />9. JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS <br />• Council Member Mueller asked, on Page 16, for clarification on the donation and what fund it <br />will go into. <br />Finance Director Beer said that twice per year Bethlehem Baptist Church makes a donation and it <br />is distributed throughout the City. This will be put into the Y Partners. <br />Acting Mayor Stigney explained that the gift is in lieu of paying taxes. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull.
