Schedule a Public Hearing for Monday, May 14, 2007 at 7:05 p.m, to <br />Consider an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Totino's <br />Restaurant Located at 2535 County Road 10 in Mounds View <br />Economic Development Coordinator Backman reported that Totino's Italian Kitchen that has <br />been in NE Minneapolis since 1951 has to move to a new location this year and they will be at <br />2535 County Highway 10. <br />Coordinator Backman explained that the Totino family has made it a tradition to be involved <br />with area communities and that would be good for the City. <br />Council Member Mueller confirmed that the Code has been reviewed on the liquor license <br />portion of the restaurant business with the proximity to the Church and the Daycare Center. <br />• Coordinator Backman indicated that he reviewed it with Heidi Heller, the planner and he has <br />copies if anyone would like to review it. He then said that if anyone receives 60% of revenues <br />from sales of food they shall be exempt. <br />
