Schedule a Public Hearing for Monday, May 14, 2007 at 7:05 p.m, to Consider an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Totino's Restaurant Located at 2535 County Road 10 in Mounds View Economic Development Coordinator Backman reported that Totino's Italian Kitchen that has been in NE Minneapolis since 1951 has to move to a new location this year and they will be at 2535 County Highway 10. Coordinator Backman explained that the Totino family has made it a tradition to be involved with area communities and that would be good for the City. Council Member Mueller confirmed that the Code has been reviewed on the liquor license portion of the restaurant business with the proximity to the Church and the Daycare Center. • Coordinator Backman indicated that he reviewed it with Heidi Heller, the planner and he has copies if anyone would like to review it. He then said that if anyone receives 60% of revenues from sales of food they shall be exempt.
