Mounds View City Council May 14, 2007 <br />Regular Meeting Page 4 <br />Council Member Fla.herty asked for a description of the atmosphere of the restaurant. ~ <br />Mr. Elwell indicated that they plan to have hours of 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and it is a family <br />crowd not a night crowd that would be around until bar close. <br />Council Member Stigney asked if they plan a sit down type bar or if liquor is served with food. <br />Mr. Elwell explained that there would be a banquet room and then explained the layout of the <br />facility. <br />Torri Johnson of 7730 Long Lake Road said that she is thrilled that Totino's wants to come to <br />Mounds View. <br />Hearing no further comments, Mayor Marty closed the public hearing at 8:01 p.m. <br />Council Member Flaherty thanked Mr. Busch for his comments. <br />Mayor Marty said that it has been a priority for the City to get a medical clinic and another sit <br />down restaurant. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Flaherty/Mueller. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 7068, <br />Approving an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Totino's Italian Kitchen Located at 2535 <br />County Highway 10, Subject to the Fire Marshall and Bureau of Criminal Apprehension Reports. • <br />Council Member Stigney would like to delete the outdoor liquor license endorsement at this time <br />and look at it. <br />MOTION/SECOND: StigneylMueller. To Amend the Motion on the Floor to Remove the <br />Outdoor Liquor Sales Endorsement. <br />Ayes - S Nays - 0 Motion to amend the original motion passes. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Original motion carried as amended. <br />B. Continuation of Public Hearing for the Second Reading and Adoption of <br />Ordinance 788, Approving Amendments to Chapters 1102 and 1113 of the <br />Mounds View Zoning Code to Define Neighborhood Motor Fuel Station and <br />Allow Such as a Conditional Use within the B-2 Zoning District <br />Community Development Director Ericson explained to Council the steps leading to this point in <br />the process for considexation of this Ordinance. He also asked for approval to publish a summary <br />of this Ordinance, should it be approved. <br />Mayor Marty reopened the public hearing. • <br />
