Minutes of tho Meeting of October 10, 1960 (Page 5) Mr. Duane Meckola questioned the council as to whether or not he would have to pay the assessment on that portion of the lot that he plans to subdivide and sell. Mayor Crane ad- vised Mr. Meckola that the assessment would stay aY with the land and that would bo of concern to him only. Mayor crane also stated that the cuuncil and the Engineer's office would determine the assessment for each lot. Mayor Crane announced that t'iere would bo an official hearing by the council for information purposes only concerning the sewer question, said hearing to be held at the Rdgewood Junior High School 10i7C Monday, October 17, 1960. Mk. Meyers presented to the council a resolution concerning tax deliquent land which had been adopted by the village and to be signed by the officials and one copy be forwarded to the Ramsey County Land Commissioner) Mr. Meyers. Village attorney, also presented an Ordinance to the council amending Ordinance 74 concerning the adoption of "3/4"1,D. copper tubing, type N" for use from the service connection to family dwellings in the village, Motion by Crane seconded by Malvin to adopt the amendment to Ordinance #74_. 4 ayes, motion carried. The village Attorney also presented a proposed resolution granting permission to the Northern States Power Company to furnish gas in the village of Mounds View. The council concurred that said resolution should be studied by the members of the council and acted on at a future meeting. The village attorney also presented a resolution to the council establi'hin„ the specifications covering basement meters and the setting of such with a double valve yoke. The council also referred this to study and action at a future meeting. The council discussed the situation concerning Mr. '.7allace Groberg's property on Bronson Drive. Trustee Christensen then submitted a proposal to the village attorney covering a list of requirements for Mr, Groberg which Mr. Meyers is to present to Mr, Groberg and his attorney. In this proposal it was stated that the village council was willing to issued permits on the houses along Bronson Drive with the understanding that Mr. Groberg deed the back part of the lots north of a line =A 160 feet back from the right ®of -way with the idea of leaving an easement of not less than 20 feet and that he pay a sum of 31250,00 cash for his portion of the storm sewer cost plus the the drainage line from the area in the rear of the houses. Nr. Grcbcrg is to also rough grade the part of the lots in the rear from which he removed the dirt,
