4 Mr. George Gustafson, 8391 Spring Lake Road, stated that he signed for street not <br />knowing storm sewer was involved. <br />2 <br />Mr. Clayton Hamilton, 8495 Red Oak Drive, inquired into who signed the petitions. <br />Clerk- Administrator Zyrlla read the names of those that signed for proposed Knollwood. <br />Mr. Robert Bruflodt, 8346 Groveland Road, questioned the validity of the names on <br />the petition. <br />Mr. John Sullivan, 8368 Spring Lake Road, stated that assessments were already a <br />burden and that he saw no benefit. <br />Mr. David Jahnke, 8408 Eastwood Road, wanted to know what percent of owners it took <br />for a petition. It was explained that 35% was necessary. <br />Mrs. Kenneth Bonin, 8380 Spring Lake Road, stated that in these days of ecology <br />some low lands are necessary. <br />Mr. Duane Syverson, 8365 Groveland Road, stated that every year there is a water ban, <br />now we are looking to rid of the water. <br />Mr. George Johnson, petitioner, stated that he has a right to try to develop his property. <br />Mr. Alan Hemsworth, 2100 County Road J, stated he bought high ground to avoid a <br />storm water problem. <br />Mr. Pat Novak, 8368 Groveland Road, stated others shouldn't have to pay for <br />speculators profit. <br />Mr. Kenneth Spry, 8450 Groveland Road, said let the developers pay full cost. <br />Mr. Ingvald Johnson, 8384 Long Lake Road, said the Highway Department bought some <br />of his land and were to take care of the drainage. <br />Mrs. John Globes, 8475 Eastwood Road, declared that the Highway Department guaranteed <br />them there would be no water problem. <br />Mr. Rodney Erickson, 8418 Spring Lake Road, said he was assessed too much already. <br />Mrs. Arthur Abbott, 8270 Spring Lake Road, said most people bought years ago. She <br />favored letting the newcomers pay, since assessments were too high already. <br />Mrs. Robert McClain, 8468 Spring Lake Road, said we have no need. <br />Mr. Charles Hermann, 8360 Long Lake Road, stated that new STH 10 would provide for <br />drainage of his property. <br />Mr. Halgren, 8419 Groveland Road, said he has no water problem. <br />Mr. James Jalinski, 8281 Spring Lake Road, stated it would cost too much money. <br />Mr. John Wakariak, a petitioner, wanted to know what to do with his platted lots <br />since he couldn't build without the new street. <br />
