Total disbursements $36,583.49. <br />MSP (Baumgartner- Johnson) To approve the subdivision request for Simon T. <br />Simon to divide Ex the S 520 feet and Ex the part NELY of L PAR with the 75 <br />feet SWLY from CL of STH 10 Lot 57 Auditors Subdivision #89 into three lots as <br />per the Planning Commission's recommendation. <br />Clerk Zylla informed the Council that several street lights which were ordered <br />as long ago as 12 months past, including the lights in Red Oak Estates No. 2 <br />and Dailey's Hillview Addition are to be installed within the next few weeks. <br />NSP has informed him that the installation was contracted out to Donovan <br />Construction Company. <br />Clerk Zylla announced that a meeting to discuss formation of a soil and water <br />conservation district for Ramsey County will be held on August 14 and 16. <br />MSP (Baumgartner Pickar) To recess the regular meeting at 8:31 P.M. <br />Mayor Neisen called the assessment hearing for Projects 1972 -3 and 1973 -2 to <br />order at 8:32 P.M. Clerk Zylla read the legal notice and attested to its <br />publication in the New Brighton Bulletin on July 5 and July 12, 1973. Engineer <br />Bearden presented the cost break down for the areas involved in Red Oak Estates <br />No. 2. The costs were as follows: Street lateral $13.65 per foot, water <br />lateral $7.95 per foot, sanitary sewer lateral $15.45 per foot, water service <br />$196.07, sewer service $227.00. In the Mounds View Industrial Park the costs <br />were as follows: sanitary sewer $1135.3488 per acre, water $665.5731 per acre, <br />streets $2345.4971 per acre. <br />Mayor Neisen called for questions or objections from the floor. There were none. <br />MSP (Pickar- Hodges) To adopt Resolution #609 approving the assessment role for <br />the projects enumerated above.
