-3- MSP (Hodges Johnson) To approve the bills: General Fund checks #7650 thru #7693, Bond Account checks #105 and #106, Payroll Account checks #1042 and #1043, Payroll checks #518 thru #544 and transfer check #7694 transferring $10,128.06 to the Payroll Account to pay gross pay of September 15, 1973. From General $8,004.92, from Water $1,354.00, from ewer $769.14. Total disbursements $58,133.63. 5 Ayes Clerk Zylla announced that he has spoken w_.h Mr. Gydeson regarding the Anchor Inn and has found out that there is a possibility that he may yet construct the restaurant on the location approved in March. The Council gave Clerk Zylla authority to rescind the hearing scheduled for the 24th of September, which was set to revert the zoning back from B3 to R1, if Mr. Gydeson contacts him with a favorable report by September 14th, 1973. The Council asked the Clerk to invite Mr. Birkeland together with Mr. Skiba to an agenda meeting. MSP (Hodges Pickar) To approve the Planned Use Report Entitlement Period No. 4 desig- nating $44,266.00 to be used for general government capital expenditures. 5 Ayes MSP (Johnson- Hodges) To approve Appendix "C" to the Master Contract between the Village of Mounds View and Local #49 amending the section relative to overtime, deleting the provision that overtime be distributed as equally as practicable and substituting that overtime be distributed on a seniority basis. 5 Ayes MSP (Johnson Pickar) To change the regular Council Meeting dates in October to the 9th and 23rd because of the legal holidays on the 8th and 22nd. 5 Ayes MSP (Johnson- Hodges) To approve the subdivision request of Raymond Sylite to subdivide Lot 104, Spring Lake Park Knolls Addition subject to the payment of $1,733.16 in additional assessments. 5 Ayes MSP (Hodges Baumgartner) To instruct the Clerk to contact Mr. Beyers in reference to JRO Estates informing him that the rough grading in his subdivision must be done in conformance with the Villages request for a holding pond before the preliminary plat will be approved. 5 Ayes Clerk Zylla informed the Council that he has contacted Employer's Overload and requested the addition of two men on a temporary basis to assist with the crack filling of Village streets.
