She noted that <br />the City had been previously presented a <br />maintenance contract for a calculating <br />machine victor 620. Since it was the Coun- <br />cil's responsibility to approve contract, <br />Forslund moved approval of the maintenance <br />agreement for the Victor 620 calculating <br />machine. Seconded by Hodges. <br />The motion carried. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />The next item of business had been pre- <br />viously discussed at the City Council's <br />Agenda Session of February 4th concerning <br />the accounting of the Administrative charges <br />from the sewer and water utilities. Forslund <br />moved that the Council be provided a line <br />item of accounting of the Adminsitrative <br />charges to the sewer and water accounts for <br />1979 and quarterly reports for the year 1980. <br />Motion was seconded by Ziebarth for sake of <br />discussion. The mayor reminded City Council <br />that this matter went back to 1979 and it <br />was his understanding that the reporting <br />would occur for 1980. Nelson also stated <br />that it was his understanding from the City <br />Council during the Budget process that the <br />City would begin the recordkeeping in 1980 <br />for more accurate reporting in the upcoming <br />years. Council decided to discuss this mat- <br />ter with the City's Treasurer on Feb. 19th. <br />Both Forslund and Ziebarth withdrew their <br />support of the motion. <br />Forslund next submitted to the City Council <br />the Planning Commission's report dated 2/11/80 <br />entitled Drainage and Wetland. She asked the <br />City Council to read the report and be pre- <br />pared to discuss it on Feb. 12th.
