Memo was dated 3 Jan. 80. <br />Forslund next noted a recent trip to the <br />Ramsey Soil and Conservation District to <br />discuss with them matters related to Storm <br />Water Management. To that end she was able <br />to acquire from them a book entitled Urban <br />Runoff Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook. <br />She felt that this manual was imperative <br />to the City to use in the evaluation of <br />Projects. Forslund then moved the adop- <br />tion of this book entitled Urban Runoff <br />Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook. This <br />handbook would be used by the City in evalu- <br />ating proposals or development. REPORT <br />asked to bring up the request of Lakeside COUNCILMAN ROWLEY <br />Park about development of their stationary. <br />The Lakeside Park Commission was requesting <br />using on their letterhead both the City of <br />Mounds View and Spring Lake Park logos. <br />City Council was receptive to that proposal. <br />Rowley moved that the Lakeside Park Commis- <br />sion be permitted to have placed on their <br />stationary the City of Mounds View's logo <br />contingent upon similar approval from <br />m Spring Lake Park.
