MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL Regular Meeting <br />Page 10 February 11, 1980 <br />Rowley noted that the School Board would be <br />rm meeting to continue its effort to resolve <br />its labor negotiation on Wednesday, Feb. 13th. <br />It was also brought up under Councilman <br />Rowley's report that Senator Schaaf of <br />Minnesota Legislature, would be holding a <br />Senate SubCommittee on the proposed airport <br />located in Blaine on February 16th at <br />10:00 AM in the City Council's chambers. <br />She requested that her testimony which was <br />presented at the House of Representatives <br />be submitted at that hearing. This general <br />discussion brought up at the TRA, Airport <br />Consultant, meetings which are being held <br />at St. Timothy's church and that the next <br />one would occur on February 21st. It raised <br />the question as to who would be representing <br />u4 the community at those meetings. The mayor <br />indicated that he doubted that there would <br />be any serious result of these meetings. <br />He did agree, however, to contact Mr. Bob <br />Buetel to represent the City. <br />Councilman Hodges reported that he would <br />be meeting with the Youth Activities <br />people on Wednesday, 13 February. <br />Councilman raised some questions and wond- <br />ered if Dynamic Developers would be taken <br />up under the Administrators Report. Nelson <br />stated that it could be brought up at this <br />time, because there were people present <br />that wanted to discuss this matter. The <br />Building Zoning Officials' memo had been <br />distributed to the City Council concerning <br />this matter and provided the alternatives <br />for the City Council.
