It was determined that
if project kept its joint drive then a Con
ditonal Use Permit would be required. The
developer stated that they could and would
be willing to separate the driveway to meet
the City Standards. The developers had two
options (1) To continue with the existing
plan and have it reviewed by the Planning
Commission for the Conditional Use Permit
or (2) Modify their plan, receive approval
from the Building Zoning Administrator,
enter into a Developers Agreement to com-
mence their work. The Council, therefore,
took the following action: Ziebarth moved
to table the Dynamic Developers Proposal
until the 25th of February 1980 and noted
the aforementioned options available to
the developers either which the City Council
f
would take under consideration on the 25th.
Seconded by Rowley.
5 ayes
The motion carried. 0 nays
Councilman Hodges had no other items to
report.
Councilman Ziebarth discussed with the 16.
