Mounds View City Council January 11, 1982 Regular Meeting Page Four Attorney Meyers reported that he had re- ceived the proposed resolution and it appears to be in order, and that while their manner of posting a bond was not common, it was acceptable. Clerk /Administrator Pauley asked that Mr. Tyson be aware that the City would expect a check from the developer at the time the bonds are signed. Motion /Second: Forslund /Doty to approve Resolution No. 1402 and dispense with the reading. 5 ayes 0 nays Motion /Second: Doty /Hodges that the Clerk/ Administrator receive the funds for the IDR at the time the bonds are signed, in the amount of $13,600. 5 ayes 0 nays Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported that he had come across a resolution from 1972 on the same subject, but that the Staff recommendation to the Council still stands. Attorney Meyers stated he was not sure if the MWCC was still charging the cost of acquiring interceptors back to the service districts, as they had previously done, in which case Mounds View would be charged. Motion /Second: McCarty /Blanchard to direct the Clerk /Administrator to determine whether the cost of the project would be spread throughout the district, and if this charge would affect Mounds View, and if so, send an objection to the MWCC. 5 ayes n nays Official Rose reported that both the Metropolitan Council Physical Development Committee and the full Met Council had approved the City's Comprehensive Plan, and the City must still give their fipal approval, after the Met Council approval. 8.
