Mounds View City Council January 11, 1982 <br />Regular Meeting Page Four <br />Attorney Meyers reported that he had re- <br />ceived the proposed resolution and it <br />appears to be in order, and that while <br />their manner of posting a bond was <br />not common, it was acceptable. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley asked that <br />Mr. Tyson be aware that the City would <br />expect a check from the developer at the <br />time the bonds are signed. <br />Motion /Second: Forslund /Doty to approve <br />Resolution No. 1402 and dispense with the <br />reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion /Second: Doty /Hodges that the Clerk/ <br />Administrator receive the funds for the IDR <br />at the time the bonds are signed, in the <br />amount of $13,600. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported that <br />he had come across a resolution from 1972 <br />on the same subject, but that the Staff <br />recommendation to the Council still stands. <br />Attorney Meyers stated he was not sure if <br />the MWCC was still charging the cost of <br />acquiring interceptors back to the service <br />districts, as they had previously done, in <br />which case Mounds View would be charged. <br />Motion /Second: McCarty /Blanchard to direct <br />the Clerk /Administrator to determine whether <br />the cost of the project would be spread <br />throughout the district, and if this charge <br />would affect Mounds View, and if so, send <br />an objection to the MWCC. <br />5 ayes n nays <br />Official Rose reported that both the <br />Metropolitan Council Physical Development <br />Committee and the full Met Council had <br />approved the City's Comprehensive Plan, <br />and the City must still give their fipal <br />approval, after the Met Council approval. <br />8.
