It was the concensus of the Council that Staff should get together with the owners of the buildings. Attorney Meyers reported the Miller deed has been recorded, and discussed with the Council the implication of what has happened. Motion /Second: Doty /Hodges to approve mit waive the reading. 4 ayes 0 nays Attorney Meyers stated that Resolution No. 1482 will hopefully prevent this problem from occuring again at the County offices. Resolution Director Johnson reported the street patching had been completed. He also reported the Wetlands Subcommittee would like to schedule a mc.eting. Motion /Second: McCarty /Hodges to set a meeting of the Wetlands Subcommittee for August 26, 1982 at 7 PM. 4 ayes 0 nays Director Johnson reported the final improvements for Silver Lake Woods were made last week, and anticipates the request for final approval will be submitted soon. Director Johnson reported he had received a notice from MnDOT that they will be letting bids on Noveraber 19, 1982 for the signalization of Long Lake Road to Highway 10. Director Johnson reported Staff is in the process of preparing a letter to Mr. Miller, informing him the timeframe for his subdivision request has ex- pired. Per Council direction, Director Johnson stated they will bill Mr. Miller for the amount he owes the City, and will set up a procedure to moni- tor this closer in the future. 17.
