Mounds View City Council <br />Regular Meeting <br />Director Johnson reviewed the request for a fill <br />permit for 3048 County Road H -2. He noted that <br />Mr. Haro was present. <br />Councilmember Blanchard noted that Mr. Haro had <br />just asked the Council for a special use permit <br />for an oversized building, and asked where it would <br />be placed on the lot. <br />Mr. Haro stated the lots are 638' deep, with the fill <br />to go in the rear 438'. He stated the proposed <br />garage would go in the small, narrow section toward <br />the front of the lot. <br />Motion /Second: McCarty /Doty to approve Mr. Haro's <br />request, contingent upon compliance with the Staff <br />recommendations listed in the memo of June 23, 1983. <br />Items 1 -5. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Mayor McCarty explained the cash escrow requirement <br />to Mr. Haro. <br />Director Johnson updated the Council on the installa- <br />tion of modifications in Treatment Plant #1. <br />He also reported that two calls had been received <br />from Rice Creek Watershed District regarding Mr. <br />Poplaars development, and that he might be required <br />to install a control outlet device, in addition to <br />what the City might require. He advised that <br />Mr. Poplaars might be back before the Council to <br />discuss it. <br />Director Johnson updated the Council on the Bob Waste <br />fill permit, stating that he had complied with two <br />of the three requirements, and is working on the third. <br />He advised that Rice Creek Watershed District has also <br />become involved. <br />Director Johnson updated the Council regarding the final <br />inspection on the Oak Park pond outlet structure, and <br />the work on Wells 5 and 6. <br />June 27, 1983 <br />Page Four <br />11.
