Mounds View City Council March 26, 1984 <br />Regular Meeting Page Two <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley advised that, due to a <br />change in the publication date of the New Brighton <br />Bulletin, notices will have to be in to the paper <br />earlier, and the public hearings under Items C and <br />D would have to be changed to April 23, 1984, and <br />recommended that Item F be moved up to 8:00 PM on <br />April 9. He explained that the change in publication <br />will require the Council to set public hearings four <br />weeks in advance now. <br />Motion /Second: Doty /Hankner to approve the Consent <br />Agenda, as amended, and waive the reading of the <br />resolutions. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays Motion Carried <br />Motion /Second: Doty /Linke co approve the first reading 7. 1st Reading of <br />of Ordinance No. 357, adopting the 1983 long term Ord. No. 357 <br />financial plan, and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays Motion Carried <br />Motion /Second: Doty /Blanchard to remove the item <br />?ram the table. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reviewed Staff's recom- <br />mendation that the easement vacation for the Gale /Yost <br />Addition be tabled until April 9, 1984, and that on <br />April 2, the City Council consider development agreement <br />requirement and project approval, which would indicate <br />the portion on Fairchild necessary for publi± right -of -way <br />for the proposed development. <br />Motion /Second: McCarty /Hankner to continue the Gale/ <br />Yost Addition preliminary plat until April 2, 1984, <br />with the easement conditions to be considered on <br />April 9, 1984. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Mayor McCarty closed the regular meeting and opened <br />the Christopher Companies public hearing at 7:41 PM. <br />Perry Bolin, the architect with Hammel, Green and <br />Abrahamson, Inc., presented a drawing of the property <br />6.
