Mounds View City Council March 26, 1984 Regular Meeting Page Two Clerk /Administrator Pauley advised that, due to a change in the publication date of the New Brighton Bulletin, notices will have to be in to the paper earlier, and the public hearings under Items C and D would have to be changed to April 23, 1984, and recommended that Item F be moved up to 8:00 PM on April 9. He explained that the change in publication will require the Council to set public hearings four weeks in advance now. No. 357 financial plan, and waive the reading. 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried Motion /Second: Doty /Blanchard to remove the item ?ram the table. 5 ayes 0 nays Clerk /Administrator Pauley reviewed Staff's recom- mendation that the easement vacation for the Gale /Yost Addition be tabled until April 9, 1984, and that on April 2, the City Council consider development agreement requirement and project approval, which would indicate the portion on Fairchild necessary for publi± right -of -way for the proposed development. Motion /Second: McCarty /Hankner to continue the Gale/ Yost Addition preliminary plat until April 2, 1984, with the easement conditions to be considered on April 9, 1984. 5 ayes 0 nays Mayor McCarty closed the regular meeting and opened the Christopher Companies public hearing at 7:41 PM.
