Mounds View City Council Regular Meeting The Council asked Staff to check into the State re- quirements for representation and make a recommenda- tion to them. Mayor McCarty advised an errors and ommissions claim had been received from the Werdien's. Motion /Second: McCarty /Doty to authorize Clerk/ Administrator Pauley to take appropriate action on the errors and ommissions claim from the Werdien's regarding the building permit for 6940 Silver Lake Road. 5 ayes 0 nays Motion /Second: Doty /Hankner to approve the consent agenda, minusthe Country Inn Restaurant on Item K, and waive the reading of the resolutions. 5 ayes 0 nays Councilmember Doty asked whether the outstanding water and sewer bill for the Country Inn had been resolved yet. Clerk /Administrator Pauley replied it had not, but the Inn is under new ownership, and they have been advised of the outstanding utility bill. Motion /Second: Doty /Hankner to approve the license for the Country Inn Restaurant, under Item K, and waive the reading. 5 ayes 0 nays Motion /Second: Doty /Linke to have the first reading 67 No. 382 adopting t..: 1984 Long Term Financial Plan, and waive the reading. 5 ayes 0 nays Attorney Meyers advised the Charter regulates the adjustment of rates, and a hearing would be required for any increase. Terry Shuster of Group W Cable, Inc., reviewed the amended agreement from Group W, which basically changes the number of channels being offered, with no change in price. He stated that because discussions on the pricing are still going on, they would like to get approval to begin marketing at this time and work out the arrangements on the amended agreement.
