Planner Herman presented an overhead of the site plan for the proposed metal storage building to be placed on the property by the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission. She explained that because it is R -1 zoning, a conditional use permit is required, and she reviewed the concingencies to be included, that approval be received from the Rice Creek Watershed District, that tree and shrub maintenance and replacement be required on site, and no outside storage will exist after the erection of the building.
