Mounds View City Council <br />Regular Meeting <br />)Councilmember Blanchard expressed concern with the pro <br />'posed fence on the west side blocking the view of <br />traffic. Planner Herman explained it would be a chain <br />link fence and should not be a problem. <br />Councilmember Wuori reported the church representative <br />had told the Planning Commission they already had their <br />fence but had not been able to put it up because it was <br />5' rather than the allowable 4'. <br />The Pastor of the church, who did not identify himself <br />by name, stated he had been unaware of any problem with <br />Mrs. Minikas's property. He explained they have had a <br />problem with vandalism, and they had fixed her window <br />as soon as possible. He added they are willing to work <br />with the neighbors. <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing and reopened the <br />regular meeting at 7:27 PM. <br />Mayor Linke closed the regular meeting and opened the <br />next public hearing at 7:27 PM. <br />Planner Herman reviewed the request for replatting <br />of the back northwest corner of the property, which <br />;would change the property line by 20'. <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing and reopened <br />the regular meeting at 7:30 PM. <br />Mayor Linke closed the regular meeting and opened <br />the next public hearing at 7:30 PM. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley referred to the calls <br />for service print -out provided by the Police Depart- <br />ment, which would cover all the liquor license public <br />hearings for the evening, and stated that Staff would <br />recommend the approval of all renewals of liquor <br />licenses on the agenda. He added that Ramsey County <br />had done some undercover work at the Mermaid, based <br />upon information they were given regarding the use of <br />controlled substances, but had found no evidence of <br />use. <br />There were no comments concerning the renewal of the <br />license for Robert's Off 10, so Mayor Linke closed <br />the public hearing and reopened the regular meeting <br />at 7:33 PM. <br />June 13, 1988 <br />'ge Three <br />9.
