Director Sheldan <br />explained that by adding fhe restauranis you may get more inferest in the center. <br />She also added that if people do go out fio dinner and #hen run �rrands to the <br />other businesses in the center, they are still or�ly using one space. <br />�'at�I �iamilton, Sunrise l�ettaodisg �f�urctt, 76g7 Long Lake Road, asked if <br />traf�ic from khe shopping center could accidenfally overflow into their church <br />parlcing lot across the street. He did note that they have not had a problem as o� <br />yet. He was also concerrted with the dumping of garbage into ihe wetiand <br />adjacent to the church. Comrrrisslon�r �ililler suggested thaf signage, "Sunrise <br />Church parking only" could alfeviate this concern. <br />MotionlS�cond: BrasaemlelBrooks to approve Resolution No. 4�5-96, as amended, <br />regarding appraving a variance request in the parking ratios applicabie to the 11�ounds <br />View Square Shopping Center, Plannie�g Case No. 463-95. Commissioner 11�i(Cer notecf <br />some corrections to proposed Resolution No. 485-9f: 1) Page 2, line 1, "result" shouid <br />read results, 2) third Whereas, item a, lin� 2, "o�' should read of. <br />I�otion c�rried ort a vote of 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Moiion/Second: �rasaemEe/Stevenson to approved Resalution No. 486-96, as <br />amended, regarding �ecommending approving a conditional use permit for the joini use <br />of parking facilities at Nlounds View Square Shopping Center, Planr�ing Case No. 461- <br />96. The word "Recomm�nding" was added to 4he resolufiion. Commis�ioner Miller <br />noted that ifem 7 in the resolution may noi be necessary. Director Sheldon explained <br />that fihis ifiem indicates that the variance cannot stand by ifiself.
