The plat was provided for �he purposes of review and commeni to the relevani City <br />departments and referral agencies. <br />Gateway Easement: The 30-foot by 30-foot Yriangular easement at the southeast corner <br />of Silver Lake Road and Highway 10 shall be indicated on the preiiminary plat to a.11ow for <br />the future establishment of landscaping and design elements atong the souih side of <br />Highway I O as required by the PUD document approved by the City Council S/27/97. <br />Drainage and Utility Easements: The appiicant has added delineated easemeni <br />baunda�ies around the wetland and two of tl�e three NCJRP ponds.
