The east/west orientation of the ring raad is bad because cars wiil be driving <br />inta the sun in the morning and evening. <br />12. Lake Court Drive traffic leveis increase when Mounds View Drive bacics up. <br />13. Concern was expressed that this was "a dane deal". <br />14. The proposed Walgreens development at Highway 10 and County Road I <br />removes 4 homes and does not protect the homes remaining. The ring road <br />would result in additional commercial development which further <br />adversefy impact residential in the area. <br />1 S. There needs to be an overal( traffic s�udy dane to determine fhe impact of the <br />ring road on adjacent residentia! areas. <br />16. The theatre project layou� may lead to parking and crime problemso <br />17. There may be more intense commercial development in the fufiure. The theafre <br />may nat be a long term use. <br />18. Speed of cars on Long Lake Road is a problem. Better enforcement is needed. <br />19. Redevelopment of the second tier of homes off of Highway 1� is being <br />proposed. Change of residential to commercial is a problem. <br />20. Aii activity being proposed focuses on cars. There is a need for more emphasis <br />on pedestrian trail systems which connect to the community center area. <br />21. Signal timing should be studied. <br />24. A good compromise was reached to reduce the impact of the theatre praject on <br />the County Road H-2 residential area. <br />25. The existing soccer fiefd in Silver View Park is not widely used. <br />26. The service road would end up too close to fihe light which would lead to <br />congestion which wauld be a probfem because of th� number of senior <br />citizens in the area and the library. Traffic should be directed to Long LaEce <br />Road i nstead. <br />27. The status of the city approval of the Theatre project and the proposed projec� at <br />Silver Lake Road and Highway 10 was questioned. <br />28. The city needs to provide protection to residential properties beyond what is <br />pravided by the city cade. <br />29. Pubiie agencies must get tagether to solve problems. <br />30.
