The ditch follows norih at tius goint, and water then <br />goes through a culvert under Highway 10 to the D. W. Jones property and wetland. The drainage <br />diagram and the preliminary stormwater surnmary analysis was forwarded to Rocky Keehn at SEH, <br />Inc., the City's engineer. Mr. I�eehn's response addresses a number of concerns pertaining to <br />drainage and gading. (Refer to �he a,i�ached report from Rocky Keehn.) V�Tith r�gards to the <br />drainage,ll�Ii°. Keehn indicated that becaus� oithe posiiioning of the buiidings, runofffi°om the <br />property north of the siie is app�ars to be blocked, wiuch could cause flooding. The site also <br />receives nano�from Easfiuvood Road via � biturninous swaie that cuts into the properiy. The site <br />plan shows the detention pond over the sw�le which would necessitate a change in the exlsting <br />drainage frorn Easiwaad Itoad. 1Uhiie a nuxnber of alter��tives can �ie employed to dea.l with this, <br />the applicants wili need to coordinate with ihe Ciiy's laublic Works D�partmeni to resolve th� <br />problem. <br />,, <br />" `.9 <br />
