He added that <br />the Rice Creek Watershed District wauld be concezned with possible liability. Ericson stated that <br />the surrounding buildings were sufficiently protected from run-off. He stated that staff believes the <br />four-plexes located to the �orth vvould not be impacted by the drainage plan, no#ing that ihe run�off <br />originated from their property. He added that the plans could address this issue. <br />
