He advised that <br />�lus �i-ocec�u� e should be followed, in that if it was not, and the Commission made a decision that <br />resulted in litigation, and an attorney reviewed the proceedings of the meeting and the Bylaws, <br />there might be opportunity to suggest that the decision was not legitimate. He noted this was a <br />fairly remote possibility, however, it could occur. <br />
