He <br />City would like to have brick structures in this area, this could be done. <br />inquired regarding the State criteria for obtaining a permit to allow for the <br />I�r. ]7ean indicated the City's criteria for billboards are more stringent than the State criteria. He <br />commented they were confident the State would respond favorably in this regard. <br />Chairperson Peterson stated one of the criteria of the State is that these signs be based in a <br />commercial area. <br />
