The City Council may, consequently, wish to discuss <br />the fact with both local papers that new-comers and renters <br />do not appear to receive them. <br />The "Mounds View City Newsletter": <br />To judge the effectiveness of the "Mounds View City <br />Newsletter," residents were asked a series of four questions. To <br />measure reach, interviewees were asked: <br />Do you recall receiving the `Moundsview <br />City Nerrsletter'? <br />A startlingly high eighty-six percent reported receipt of the <br />newsletter: <br />YES........................................86% <br />NO ..... ...................................11% <br />DON'T KNOW/REFUSEDa .........................3% <br />Groups indicating higher levels of receipts <br />Over thirty year residents <br />Planning to stay at least six years <br />45-64 year olds
