Staff <br />indica[ed Chat the proposal would be acted on by [he School <br />Board in March. <br />Winter Skating S[aff presented attendance figures for the 1977-78 Winter <br />Rink Skating program and briefly outlined the seasona highlighta. <br />Staff felt it was generally a good eka[ing session because <br />of: <br />1. Good rink maintenance by City Park crew. <br />2. Mild weather condi[ions. <br />3. Cooperative and dependable rink attendants. <br />S[aff also reported that the park shelter buildings are in <br />deplorable condi[ion and that a proposal reco�ending future <br />usage wovld be for[hcoming. <br />New Businees No repoz[. <br />Old Business No report <br />Co�iseioner's No report. <br />Report <br />Staff Report Staff reported that they had met with the Spcing Lake Park <br />Cotmcil to present the city oi Mounds View's recommendations <br />for Lakeside Park. No formal action was [aken at the meeting <br />but the Spring Lake Pazk Council did direct Moimds View to <br />con[inue exploring the Ramsey Coun[y possibility. <br />Adjournment A motion was made by Commissioner Haake and seconded by <br />Co�issioner Fedoz [o adjourn the meeting.
