REPORTS OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> Commissioner Meehlhause provided an update on "the PAK building". He said the building <br /> was sold and that"Tires N More"will be occupying the building. The Planning Commission <br /> recently approved a Conditional Use Permit so that small auto repair could be done at the <br /> property. He said the business is established and the owners operate three other tire stores <br /> in Fridley, St. Paul and Minneapolis. <br /> 7. REPORTS OF STAFF <br /> City staff provided updates on the following items: <br /> A. TCAAP Development Update <br /> B. Coventry Senior Living Update <br /> C. Housing Replacement Program List Update <br /> D. Mounds View Business News <br /> E. Available Business Sites in Mounds View <br /> F. Upcoming Events <br /> 8.
