Received February 15, 1990 <br /> <br />Petition from Fairchild Avenue residents <br />requesting that Groveland Road be connected to <br />realigned County Road J. Received March 19, 1990 <br /> <br />Petition requesting that no alternative to MnDOT <br />plan be approved unless a traffic study is <br />performed in advance. Received March 19, 1990 <br /> <br />Petition requesting that the City Council approve <br />the plan designated as Alternate 3/6 modified. <br />Received April 2, 1990; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Councilmember Quick and Mayor Hankner <br />conducted an informal survey of area residents to obtain their <br />views on the issue and the results have been tabulated and <br />provided to each Councilmember; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on March 21, 1990 the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission adopted the following prioriti~ed goals with <br />respect to the project, <br /> <br />priority A: <br />Provides for the safety of the neighborhood. <br />
