• problems, making changes to the system, and backup of voicemail messages. <br />Coordinates with vendors and consultants for repairs and enhancements, <br />City Hall Building <br />• Coordinates the annual maintenance and repairs to the HVAC system. Evaluates <br />when building systems are in need of repair or maintenance and contacts repair <br />personnel. Manages the Building Automatian System and Card Access <br />Systems. <br />Mapping/Drafting & Geographic Information System <br />• Assts Coordinates in the conversion of paper maps and tabular information <br />into computer drawings and databases. Manages both the computer records <br />and the original hard copy information so that it is accessible to all employees. <br />• Develops the City's geographic information system through data entry, <br />coordination with other departments, and overseeing consultants hired for this <br />purpose. <br />• Provides assistance to other departments by preparing maps and presentation <br />materials, collecting data and developing data base systems. <br />Engineering & Field Inspection <br />• Participates in obtaining field information necessary for the City to manage its <br />infrastructure, including collecting traffic counts, survey data, other field data. <br />Maintains and updates as built drawings of water, sewer, storm sewer and other <br />systems. <br />• Assists in inspection of public works projects by measuring work completed, <br />documenting conditions and procedures of work, and insuring compliance with <br />plans and specifications. <br />• Maintains records and enters data necessary for the pavement management <br />system, and for obtaining MSA funding for road improvements. <br />• Meets with residents, provide information and respond to questions and <br />concerns regarding public works projects. <br />PERIPHERAL DUTIES <br />• Provides information to the public coming to City Hali on a variety of topics <br />including floodplain and wetland maps, map resources in general, city <br />infrastructure, grading and drainage issues, and public works projects and <br />development projects. <br />• Performs other duties as assigned. <br />MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS <br />Education and Experience: <br />(A) Four-year degree in (SLIT or related freld, or equivalent combination of education <br />and training Certification as a Certified Novell Engineer (CNE), Master Certifed <br />Novell Engineer (MCNE) or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and at <br />• <br />
