However, this would not 3 <br />eliminate the collection of junk on the Peterson property. He believed that abatement was the 4 <br />only way to clean the property and bring it into compliance with City Code. 5 <br /> 6 <br />Council Member Mueller questioned how much time staff has spent on this abatement case. 7 <br />Inspector Swalchick estimated that he has spent 80 to 100 hours trying to resolve this matter with 8 <br />Mr. Peterson. 9 <br /> 10 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Flaherty/Mueller.
