Assistant City Administrator Crane commented the inspections would be <br />completed prior to the liquor license expiration. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. Resolution 8095, a Resolution to Consider Approval of an On-Sale <br />Intoxicating Liquor License for El Loro, located at 2535 County Highway <br />10. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Crane stated that El Loro has submitted all necessary paperwork <br />and fees for their on-sale intoxicating liquor license. She noted property taxes and utilities were <br />current for this property. She indicated the liquor license approval would be contingent upon a <br />satisfactory criminal background check, liquor compliance check and fire inspection.
