Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance 915, an Ordinance Amending <br />Chapter 1012 of the Mounds View Municipal Code Regarding Rental <br />Dwelling Licensing Requirements. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ericson stated the Council reviewed this Ordinance at the May 2nd <br />worksession and the May 23rd City Council meeting. Staff reviewed the Ordinance amendment <br />with the Council in detail and recommended approval. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. First Reading and Introduction of Ordinance 920, an Ordinance Renaming <br />Highway Avenue in the City of Mounds View to “County Road H”. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ericson requested the Council introduce an ordinance that would rename <br />Highway Avenue to County Road H. He explained this roadway was an extension of County <br />Road H and Ramsey County supported the name change. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Meehlhause. To Waive the First Reading and Introduce <br />Ordinance 920, an Ordinance Renaming Highway Avenue in the City of Mounds View to <br />“County Road H”. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />E. Resolution 8584, Approve Replacement of the Mounds View Community <br />Center Sign and Order Improvement. <br /> <br />Public Works Supervisor Peterson requested the Council approve the replacement of the Mounds <br />View Community Center sign. He noted the current sign was further set back on the road, which <br />led to frustration in finding the Community Center. He stated the Council had budgeted $40,000
