Reports of Mayor and Council. <br /> <br />Council Member Mueller stated she received a letter from the City regarding the October 20th <br />meeting for Street Improvement Area H, specifically addressing the design of Ardan Avenue. <br />She encouraged residents to attend this meeting to ensure their voices were heard. <br /> <br />Council Member Mueller reported she attended the BioLife groundbreaking ceremony last week. <br /> <br />Council Member Mueller explained she would be attending the League of Minnesota Cities <br />Board of Directors meeting on Thursday, October 16th. <br /> <br />Council Member Mueller indicated the Minnesota Women in Government met on October 11th. <br />
