The RCTSI partners with the Minnesota Office of Traffic Safety in the <br />Toward Zero Deaths program. In the 3`d quarter, the Mounds View PD participated in 4 DWI <br />saturations, one speed and a Labor Day DWI enforcement detail. <br />The first DWI saturation was held on August 3`d and was hosted by the Ramsey County <br />Sheriff Office. The entire detail conducted 157 traffic stops and made 8 DWI arrests. <br />0 <br />
